Shape the Future of Affordable Rural Living
Are you ready to lead, innovate, and make a lasting impact?
Broadacres is a thriving housing association rooted in the stunning landscapes of North Yorkshire, and we are searching for two dynamic Directors to help drive forward the next phase of our journey.
With two national parks, a picturesque coastline, and bustling market towns, North Yorkshire is as challenging as it is beautiful. For over 30 years, Broadacres has tackled the unique housing needs of this region, creating over 6,800 affordable homes while leading the way in decarbonisation, energy efficiency, and sustainable living.
This is a pivotal time for us. Our ambitious five-year development programme aims to deliver 1,000 new homes, while our innovative approaches to finance and sustainability ensure we’re not just meeting challenges but transforming them into opportunities.
The Opportunities
Our Director of Development and Investment will lead an innovative and ambitious development programme and forge influential partnerships and relationships on regional and national stages to shape the rural housing agenda in North Yorkshire and beyond. Working with our Director of Customer Experience you will also lead on our net zero journey ensuring all our homes are energy efficient for our customers.
As our Director of Resources, you will drive the financial strategy, lead on  treasury matters, provide business intelligence and embed finance within the Group. You will inspire teams with a collaborative, forward-thinking approach and champion our vision of creating homes that are truly affordable to live in.
At Broadacres, we offer a welcoming culture with strong values, lived experiences that drive diverse perspectives. We are passionate about delivering homes, care, and services that make a difference, and we take pride in creating a workplace where you can thrive while creating positive change.
Together, we are on a journey to become the Best Rural Housing Association, delivering exceptional outcomes for our customers, communities, and colleagues.
Be part of our vision by stepping into a leadership role that offers purpose, challenge, and an opportunity to shape the future of affordable housing.
