Caredig are a non-profit registered social landlord (RSL) based in Swansea delivering high quality services to tenants. Established in 1975, managing over 2,900 affordable homes, we provide a wide range of housing solutions across the social housing landscape. For us it’s about people, homes and communities and as a values-based organisation we are highly regarded, making decisions that really matter!

For both Board member roles, we are seeking a range of skills across either housing management and strategic asset management including sustainability and landlord health and safety, housing development and construction, data and technology including cybersecurity or change and organisational development including equality, diversity and inclusion.
