Barcud is a progressive, community-focused housing association operating across Powys, Ceredigion, Carmarthenshire, and Pembrokeshire. We manage a diverse portfolio of over 4,000 homes, with an annual turnover exceeding £28 million, and employ more than 300 committed professionals.
As part of our succession planning, we are seeking to appoint a Board Member and Co-optee who will play a vital role in setting our vision, mission and values, ensuring strong governance and long-term success. You’ll provide oversight and support to our Leadership Team, and ensure we meet our legal, regulatory and financial responsibilities. With a focus on tenants, communities and key stakeholders, you’ll help promote a culture of equality, diversity and inclusion while driving effective risk management and decision-making.
