About the role

Our new Head of Customer Service Delivery will lead a dispersed team of specialists dealing with escalated customer queries across a range of channels. Passionate about our customers and placing the customer experience at the heart of what we do, you will be scanning the horizon to improve the way we do things, whilst working closely with your colleagues across customer service and property service to ensure a high quality and seamless customer journey. With strong experience at a senior level within Housing Management, you will also have a clear focus on doing things differently and considering the customer needs of the future.
