Yorkshire Housing – Head of Asset Management
Yorkshire Housing is a charitable organisation that owns and manages over 18,000 homes – and we are developing thousands more much-needed homes in the region. Our vision is that everyone has the opportunity to live in a quality home they can afford. We are also embarking on a major programme of change so it is an exciting time to be joining us.
About the role
Our new Head of Asset Management will own Yorkshire Housing’s strategic approach to managing our assets as well as harnessing new technologies and keeping energy efficiency high on the agenda – whilst placing customers at the heart of what we do and providing homes to be proud of. We are looking for an individual who works across teams and understands how to embed a culture of customer focus and quality. We operate in a changing landscape and we need leaders who are very comfortable working in an environment of fast-paced change and uncertainty.
If our ethos and vision attracts you, and you are enthusiastic and forward thinking, with substantial experience of operating at a senior leadership level, then please contact Denise Kirkham for an informal discussion on 07833 475 669 or 020 3434 0990.
