Thirteen – Chief Executive
At Thirteen, we’re a forward-thinking housing provider based in the North East of England. We’re a housing association that doesn’t just offer a place to live; we’re about homes and so much more. We have ambitions to be the best in class – to deliver a great customer experience and to provide products and services that give us every reason to be proud.
About the role
With 1,500 colleagues, almost 34,000 homes, and over 70,000 customers, delivering places to live, providing ongoing support and offering opportunities for people to grow and meet their potential are the core of the work we do.
We don’t stand still at Thirteen; we’ve been remodeled to operate in a modern, comprehensive and agile way and our outgoing Chief Executive has made a major contribution, leaving us in great shape to move forward into the future and turn our ambitions into reality.
It’s now with great excitement that we are looking to recruit a new Chief Executive. We’re searching for a special person with a deep understanding of, and a commitment to, social issues. You will be change driven and have substantial senior experience of leading a complex organisation. Communication, team working and a person-centered management style is also very important to us at Thirteen.
We want an ambassador, an inspirational leader, someone who can make a difference and drive further innovation in the way that we do things.
We have a bright future and are working tirelessly to provide a brighter future for our customers. Do you have a social heart with a commercial outlook? If our ambitions match yours and you feel you have the potential to be our next Chief Executive, then we’d like to hear from you.
