About the role

As a member of the saha Senior Management Team, the Head of IT is responsible for developing and delivering an appropriate IT strategy for the Association to support the business needs, add value and continuously improve in line with new technologies. The role also plays a key part in working with the Head of Transformation in the development and delivery of saha’s transformation and change activities.

We are looking for candidates with comprehensive knowledge of existing and developing technology, strong programme and project management skills, and leadership experience across an IT function. Most important however, is a real alignment with SAHA vision and values, a strong teamwork approach, and openness to new ideas and ways of thinking. An understanding of housing, or closely aligned sectors would be an advantage.
