About the role
As a member of the saha Senior Management Team, the Head of Development & Capital Projects is responsible for the achievement of transforming lives through the management and successful delivery of the organisation’s development, regeneration, capital projects and major repair programmes. We are looking for candidates with strong understanding of housing association development procedures, an understanding of contracts and EU procurement, and experience of managing housing, regeneration and mixed-use developments. Most important however, is a real alignment with SAHA vision and values, a strong teamwork approach, and openness to new ideas and ways of thinking.
