About the role

We are entering a new and exciting era.  Having built a new Board and Executive Team we are now looking for the final piece in the jigsaw; a new, progressive and innovative Chief Executive.

Recent times have seen us agree a 3-year Corporate Strategy and Transformation Plan and, as a key regional player, we are seeking a Chief Executive to deliver our strategy, drive performance, ensure sound governance and offer boundless drive and energy to the role.

With housing sector experience, or a strong understanding of operating in a regulated environment, you will offer a successful track record as a senior leader.  The future is bright at Saffron with a housing development pipeline, talented staff and a new Chair and Non-Executive Directors that are passionate about driving forward the business at pace.
