IDS became the Industrial Dwellings Society (1885) Ltd. Today, we manage around 1,500 properties in Hackney, Tower Hamlets, Southwark, Redbridge, Barnet, Camden and Hertsmere.

IDS is part way through a transformation programme that will see significant new investment converted into enhanced customer services, enabling us to become best in class.

About the role

The role of Operations Director is a new and pivotal part in that plan. Through delivery of our six strategic goals our heritage will be preserved, and future legacy assured. The role will have full accountability for leading all aspects of landlord services in this long established but innovative organisation.

As a key member of the executive team, the role presents a genuine opportunity to be at the forefront of radical service redesign, digitalisation and transformation of communities to meet tenants changing needs.
