About the role

In the past eighteen months we have appointed our new Chair and Managing Director and have ambitious plans to grow and transform our services, with a strong commitment to ensuring first class services for our customers.

We are looking to strengthen our experienced and ambitious board with the addition of two key members, who working as part of a team, will provide leadership and direction in managing the business. The first person will be a full independent board member with senior level experience in customer service transformation and excellent customer focused service delivery. The second will be a co-opted independent member with good commercial acumen and experience of new business development and growth. For both posts you will be highly strategic, committed to social housing and service excellence, be a team player and actively contribute to debate and collective decision making. These are interesting and rewarding positions and we are open to hearing from people for whom this will be their first board position.
