Housing Solutions is operating in a very exciting space with significant growth opportunity and a great reputation for achieving results.
Established in 1995 we provide quality, affordable homes to rent and buy across the South East of England. We are rooted in the local community and we offer a wide range of housing services and housing options, including affordable homes to rent, properties to buy under shared ownership; market rent properties, and specialist accommodation for older people and people who need care and support to live within the community.
Housing Solutions is an ambitious organisation, we are working hard to maximise the number of new homes we build, refurbishing our existing estates and striving to innovate to achieve happy customers. We’re going through an exciting period of growth and we’re looking for a new Executive Director to lead our property & operations directorate, helping us to expand and take the business forward through new investment opportunities.
About the role
This is an opportunity that will appeal to an up and coming leader who offers significant experience gained in the housing sector. You will have developed your specialist skills in an organisation where new build development forms a core part of the business plan. As a result, you will be comfortable in leading key areas of treasury, cashflow forecasting and regulatory control. Your command of BRIXX, as part of the business planning process, will position you as a standout candidate capable of leading the strategic financial planning process needed to underpin sustainability.
