About the role
Berneslai Homes is a successful, award winning social housing provider and employer, managing over 18,000 homes on behalf of Barnsley Council with a strong community focus across a borough having a unique blend of rural, town centre, and urban housing.
We are currently looking for a forward looking individual to join our senior management team. You’ll be joining us at a really exciting time as we’re on an ambitious transformation journey, providing you with the opportunity to directly influence and develop new ways of working and impact our performance.
This role will suit someone with a demonstrable record delivering the strategic management and delivery of modern HR and OD services in a customer facing environment.
CIPD qualified, your leadership, interpersonal and motivational skills are more important than the sector you come from. You will be improvement focused and key in driving our ongoing transformation and change.
