About the role
Arches Housing are a community based social landlord providing over 1,300 affordable homes in Sheffield, Rotherham, Chesterfield and North East Derbyshire.

As our new Head of Housing Operations, you will be solutions focussed and play a large part in the organisation’s journey to continue to deliver modern services for the future. You will have the opportunity to influence, but you will also be expected to bring meaningful and well-informed debate with the ability to seamlessly move from operational to strategic.
Reporting directly to the Director of Operations the role will focus on all housing operations with an emphasis of the customer being at its heart.
