About the role
Berneslai Homes is a successful, award winning social housing provider and employer, managing over 18,000 homes on behalf of Barnsley Council with a strong community focus across a borough having a unique blend of rural, town centre, and urban housing.
We are currently looking for a forward looking individual to join our senior management team. You’ll be joining us at a really exciting time as we’re on an ambitious transformation journey, providing you with the opportunity to directly influence and develop new ways of working and impact our performance.
You will lead a small finance team with confidence; supporting, inspiring and motivating them to deliver proactive, high quality support services and a customer first approach. Probably from a housing or related background you will be a qualified accountant with a track record of delivering effective business partnering across a similar sized, complex and customer focused organisation.
