About the role
In response to the “Rebuilding Ireland Action Plan for Housing and Homelessness”, we will deliver an ambitious development programme to contribute to accelerating the housing supply and now seek to recruit a new Head of Development to lead this growth.
Reporting to the Chief Executive, the Head of Development will work closely with senior colleagues and be part of the Senior Management Team. They will lead a team who will deliver and contribute to the organisation’s development strategy and programme.
As an experienced strategic leader with a track record of housing development or related services, there will also be the expectation to have strong skills across people management, programme & project management and financial management.
Whilst experience in the housing sector will be important, we are open to skills and experience that is transferable from related sectors.
