Finance Director – Teachers’ Housing Association
Teachers’ Housing Association comes with history and uniqueness. Established back in 1967 and with historical links to education, we have a real sense of purpose and a passion for providing general needs accommodation in the Greater London area and sheltered housing nationwide.
About the role
As a smaller provider we are committed to offering high quality tenant focussed services to all those living in our housing and have a strong desire to modernise and develop to enable us to make a bigger impact across the social housing sector. Our scale means that our new Finance Director will have the opportunity to stay involved with the detail while at the same time leading at a strategic level and working with the wider executive team and Board to support our growth ambitions.
You will bring solid experience of operating at a senior level, likely gained in either a housing association, charity or other relevant setting. Your energy, agility, and rigour, along with your readiness to work at pace and have impact within a short period of time will be critical, and we are happy to consider candidates for whom this would be their first Director post. If this sounds appealing, we very much look forward to hearing from you.
