Finance and IT Director – Hexagon
Do you have what it takes to be our next Finance & IT Director?
About the role
As well as your proven track record as a senior Finance professional, you will have the determination and resilience to guide Hexagon through the emerging landscape facing all Housing Associations in the future. The impact on housing sales, reduced government grants and considerable expenditure required as a result of the focus on increased fire safety post-Grenfell, all need to be managed alongside our commitment to maintaining the quality of our homes and services, whilst developing homes to meet the needs of existing and new residents in South London.
Your extensive experience of operating at a senior level, leading teams and developing strategies, coupled with your ability to understand the financial and policy context for Hexagon, analyse options and ensure the organisation makes decisions that are viable and meet our strategic objectives, are pivotal to being successful in this role.
This might be your first Director level role, but as a qualified Accountant, who has worked at a strategic level, has the skills required to be a strong leader and is committed to public service and improving people’s lives, this might be the right role for you.
For an informal discussion and further information about this role, please contact Jim Green on 07375 886036.
