About the role
Our transformation journey is underway. We have invested in our staff and digital infrastructure, with emphasis on the intelligent use of data and a focus on customer experience. So, there is a robust platform for our new Executive Director Customer Services to build up from. Your background may be in housing or property services (or both) and you will value the premium that we place on collective leadership.
