About the role

Creating better homes and thriving communities

At Solihull Community Housing we fulfil multiple roles as an important employer, partner and placeshaper for the region. We have stepped-up in all these roles over the last few years and know that there is much more to do. But with increased confidence in our reputation for delivery by our Council partner, we are expanding and improving services for our customers.

This Executive role is hugely influential. It combines lead responsibility for customer experience, as well as corporate support to enable our teams to deliver effectively. In this unique post you will be role modelling our requirements for high-quality, responsive, and engaging customer services, as well as ensuring that our data, systems, processes, and people infrastructure can equip us to deliver those expectations. So, you will likely enjoy the variety that comes with this portfolio of responsibility, and value contributing to the internal and external collective leadership of SCH at executive level.

We work in diverse and vibrant communities and are keen to ensure our leadership team reflects that. So we would particularly welcome applications from across a range of different perspectives and life experiences.

At SCH we are a team which values collaborative working, with good debate that leads to sound decision-making. If this aligns to how you like to work and you want to actively contribute with purpose and impact, do contact us to find out more.
