Estuary Housing Association is a successful and growing not for profit organisation, with a strong regional commitment within Essex and outer East London. We are now planning for the next stage in our journey and strengthening our team.
About the role
Director of Development – up to £85k
Reporting to the Executive Director of Operations, the postholder will be the senior development professional in the business. You will be responsible for strategic and operational delivery of our Homes England/GLA backed programme of new affordable homes and working through our subsidiary Accession Homes to develop homes for market sale.
Director of Financial Services – up to £85k
Reporting to the Executive Director of Finance and Corporate Resources this is an excellent step-up opportunity for Finance professionals. With responsibility for the effective development and delivery of high-quality customer focused services you will lead the finance team to meet the current and future financial needs of the business.
Based in Southend on Sea, both roles require relevant professional qualifications and expertise, high levels of ambition and enthusiasm, and alignment with our organisational aims and values.
