For rural don’t think sleepy back water, this is an organisation that is ambitious to grow, is looking to contribute to the sustainability agenda of North Yorkshire with our focus on energy efficiency and decarbonising our homes, delivering great customer experiences and being an important place-shaper in North Yorkshire.
The organisation is now seeking to recruit a Director of People, Digital and Communications to join our Executive Team and make an effective contribution to the strategic direction of the organisation as we launch our new Corporate Strategy. This is an exciting role to embed a strong customer focussed culture, inspiring colleagues to deliver the very best customer experience while overseeing the transformation of the digital platform and driving customer insight from our communications team. You will be a representative of Broadacres vision internally and externally.
To do this role you will need a passion for rural housing and an understanding of the social housing sector or similar.
