Director of Housing – Dimensions UK
We are one of the largest not-for-profit providers of support for people with learning disabilities in the country, and our mission is clear: to provide high quality personalised support for people with learning disabilities and autism, helping them to be actively engaged with, and contribute to, their communities.
About the role
We understand the importance of high quality, affordable homes that meet our customers’ often complex needs, and we are committed to enhancing our housing offer and elevating the standing of housing within our organisation. Our new Director of Housing will be critical in leading this journey, providing proactive housing and asset management leadership, and helping us to deliver excellence.
You will be ready to take on leadership of small but hardworking teams with the express aim of enhancing quality and increasing supply. You will be motivated not by delivering units in their thousands or regenerating whole neighbourhoods – but by our focus on, and commitment to, creating better homes to support our vision – Better Lives for More People.
If you are disciplined and pragmatic, ready to roll up your sleeves to help shape systems and processes, and are excited to bring your experience, expertise, and energy to help our housing offer excel, then we would love to hear from you. We are happy to hear from candidates ready to take a step-up into their first Director position.
