About the role

Our impressive national portfolio currently provides homes to over 2,500 people and we have big plans to do more as part of our brilliant growth trajectory.
Our people are at the forefront of delivering our ambitious plans and you will play a key role in helping us achieve our objectives to make a positive difference to the lives of so many people. After our demerger in 2022, we are now refining the services we have brought in-house, namely Accounts and IT.
We need a strong Finance Director to lead the ongoing adaptation to new systems and lead our new teams.
This is a newly created role which will suit a creative and collaborative finance leader who is excited about our unique organisation.
