Chief Financial Officer – Housing 21
About the role
Housing 21 are leaders in the provision of quality affordable housing for older people. We have a clear focus on providing quality retirement living and extra care housing for older people of modest means, enabling them to live well with dignity and autonomy. With over 22,000 properties across England and an active development programme expanding our provision, we are making a significant difference to the lives of the older people we serve.
We are looking for our new Chief Financial Officer to join our executive team and help lead the organisation through the next stage of our evolution. You will be joining a G1/ V1 organisation with a long track record of success that is very much alive to the current challenges around affordability our residents are facing. Your leadership of the finance function will be critical in ensuring we can continue to grow and develop while managing the financial pressures organisations like ours are facing in the current environment and into the future.
You will bring a track record of senior finance leadership gained in the social housing sector, and technical excellence matched by your skill at engaging widely across the organisation and providing inspiring leadership. While you may not have held the top finance post in an organisation before, if you share our passion for our purpose and commitment to providing a modern, forward-thinking 21st century service then we’d love to hear from you.
