Chief Executive – Family Housing Association
We are a registered social landlord (RSL) based in Swansea. We were established in 1975 to meet the housing needs of families, older and more vulnerable people. We manage over 2,800 high quality affordable homes, and provide a range of services – including the development of new homes – to people and communities across Swansea, Carmarthenshire, Neath and Port Talbot, Ceredigion and Pembrokeshire.
We are an ambitious and well-established independent housing association. We have strong local roots, a reputation for providing quality homes, and a track record for making a positive difference in our local communities.
About the role
We are seeking a Chief Executive to lead Family Housing through the next exciting stage of its development. Together with the Board and the two Executive Directors, our CEO will share collective accountability for ensuring we provide excellent services to both our tenants and communities whilst successfully delivering against our business growth agenda.
Our successes over recent years are a result of collective effort, a strong team ethos and inspiring leadership. It is critical therefore that our next CEO has a track record of achievement in these areas and can bring the innovation they have developed within the housing sector turning strategic decision making into sustainable community growth.
If you want to lead a team of outstanding professionals in a part of the UK noted for its outstanding natural beauty, recognised as one of the best places for work-life balance and where there is political backing to deliver increased social housing, this is the role for you.
