About the role

We are a small team with a large reach. Our projects are located in seven different countries, offering practical support, accommodation and advocacy. In addition, we focus on prevention, working with people who are at risk of becoming homeless. The Depaul Group is growing in response to need: our services and support remain very much in demand, and there are new projects in a range of countries in the pipeline.

Our roots are in 17th century social reform and those values inspire us to this day. We speak out where there is injustice, tackle poverty, and with our international partners are working towards a fairer civil society.

Our ultimate goal is to end homelessness around the world. To this end, we support two global initiatives. One that bring together expertise on combatting homelessness from a truly international perspective, and another that lobbies Governments and the United Nations to bring about systemic change.

So this is not a CE role for the faint hearted and it is a post that is focused on facilitation, co-ordination and enablement. We anticipate that your commitment to social justice that challenges the gap between affluence and deprivation, is a key driver for you. You will need to offer us executive level experience in strategic thinking and resource planning, along with a highly evolved leadership style that gets the best out of people.
