About the role

Lincolnshire Employment Accommodation Project Limited, also known as LEAP Ltd, is a registered charity and social landlord that provides housing and support to vulnerable individuals who are facing homelessness across the Lincolnshire region. They have over 25 years’ experience offering short-term housing and skilled support with responsibility for the management of 73 supported accommodation units. They also provide support to c.100 people through housing services every year and actively encouraging residents to participate in community projects, training, and employment as well as learning independent and basic living skills.

As part of their succession planning and ability to be flexible and adapt to meet the current and future challenges in the sector, they are now seeking a Chair who will bring strong leadership skills and offer strategic insight across the housing and support landscape.

We are seeking applicants who have operated at a senior level and bring good oversight of finance, governance, risk management and housing regulation. You may also be local, bringing an in-depth understanding of the local and regional community issues, although this is not essential.
