Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Combined Authority – Development Manager (Residential)
The Combined Authority is a unique organisation bringing together seven councils and the LEP. Housing is central to our plans to transform the area’s economy.
We have secured £170m from central government to deliver 2,500 new homes. Reporting to the Director of Housing & Development, and working with housing associations, developers, local councils and others, this will be a central role in helping us deliver that programme.
About the role
We are looking for ambitious candidates with a minimum of two years’ residential sector experience in a commercially focused environment. You will have strong partnership and collaborative working, negotiating and contract skills, coupled with an entrepreneurial and dynamic approach. As a lateral thinker, you will instinctively want to get things done and find innovative solutions – whilst also demonstrating first rate written skills and the ability to analyse project cash flows, feasibilities and prepare reports.
