About the role
This is a major opportunity to shape and deliver physical place making in new build housing in a challenging and ambitious solution-based environment.
The Director of Housing Growth and Development is a key leadership and business development role. As part of the strategic leadership team, you will play a key role in shaping the long term commercial strategic direction of the Council’s housing stock and future vision for growth. You will develop and deliver a successful development programme, establish key partnerships and act as an ambassador for Bury. Most of all you will work to ensure that the we are equipped in the best way possible to meet the present and future needs of our borough.
