This is a diverse role, leading the effective delivery and development of integrated housing services, covering all aspects of accommodation related support, property services and development provision.
About the role
We are looking for an appropriately qualified professional with a Senior Leadership background in housing management, Property services and/or property development and a solid knowledge of social and/or supported housing and relevant legislation, who can contribute to our strategic thinking, yet retain a clear oversight of day to day operations. You will be an experienced leader and have a track record of leading and developing staff, solid project management skills and high-level influencing, relationships building and negotiation skills. Equally important will be your shared views of our values.
