About the role

We are looking for our new Director of Community Services, Training & Employment who will be an appropriately qualified professional within a relevant field.  You will have significant recent experience of working in a senior role and a solid knowledge of social care, and/or a health related field ideally with a good understanding of effective training and staff development.  You will bring strategic thinking, have the ability to negotiate contracts, work with partners and be a strong ambassador for the organisation. As an experienced leader you will and have a track record of leading and developing staff, support customer empowerment and above all have a shared view of our values.
