Arches Housing – Board Members

Arches Housing was established in 1975 as a community based social landlord. Whilst still small compared with many national housing associations, Arches has steadily increased its stock of properties over the years and we now own and manage more than 1,200 homes in the Sheffield City region.

Location(s): Sheffield City Region
Job Type: Non-Executive
Closing date: May 17 2019
Salary: £2k per annum

About the role

The last eighteen months have seen significant changes with the appointment of a new Chair, several new Board members and two additions to the Senior Leadership Team.  We are now keen to enhance our board skills further in order to make the most of our opportunities and drive a sustainable business for the future.

Previous Board or sector experience is not essential, although a passion for working within the housing sector environment will be important.  If you have expertise across either community and/or partnerships or would like to be part of an Audit & Risk Committee then we would like to hear from you.

As part of our client’s commitment to diversity we would especially encourage applications from younger and/or female applicants.
