In May 2017, the International Federation for Housing and Planning (IFHP) organized a three day- long Urban Lab in London, UK, where issues of urban regeneration were discussed under the heading: “What comes first – physical or social regeneration? CT were happy to be able to host the Lab at our offices and lead on some of the study tours. HCA LogoLast week the HCA published an updated version of Regulating the Standards, which sets out its operational approach to assessing registered providers’ compliance with the regulatory standards. To support our clients in quickly identifying where they may need to update their own processes and assurances we have produced a mark-up, highlighting the substantive changes. PlaceShapers We Build report was launched in June 2017. This report is based on research carried out by Campbell Tickell in Spring 2017 with 118 of PlaceShapers members.  We Build is the second of PlaceShapers four themes and showcases its’ members development and regeneration track record as well as their capacity and ambition to deliver many more new homes in the years to come.
