BME Housing Associations and Stock Transfers

Project sponsored by the Housing Corporation and the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister, and undertaken by Campbell Tickell. Launched by Steve Douglas, Deputy Chief Executive of the Housing Corporation on 15 September 2005.

This major report investigates the reasons behind the small number of stock transfers to BME Housing Associations, and recommends corrective actions to restore balance and allow BME HAs to fulfill their potential role.
