Yarlington Housing Group has 9,000 homes across the South West. Our employees tell us its a great place to live and work. Our board recently adopted an ambitious new three year strategy to achieve our vision and mission of 'Building Communities'.

Following a restructure, we are seeking two key Executive Directors to play vital roles in putting our new strategy into practice, ensuring top notch customer services and sustainable growth, and broadening our role in the communities we serve.

Director of Customer & Community Services

You will lead our customer services delivery, focusing on housing management, care and support, community investment and resident involvement.

Director of Development & Property

You will lead our work to grow and diversify as a high-performing social business, to manage our asset strategy and the delivery of our property repairs services.
