Natalie de Souza
Natalie has worked in HR and Recruitment for almost 20 years and has a wealth of experience across a broad range of sectors including local and national government, education, health and social care, NGOs and the wider not for profit sector.
She has a broad range of experience working on both generalist human resource projects as well as undertaking more specific projects relating to Equality, Diversity and Employee Engagement and Inclusion.
Achievements include:
- Development of an Equality and Diversity strategy for the General Social Care Council;
- Establishing a successful recruitment team working with charities, education, housing associations, healthcare and government departments;
- Development and implementation of an Impact Assessment programme for Brunel University;
- Managing TUPE consultations and organisational transition;
- Working on a two-year Change management project for a local government body;
- Extensive work on complex redundancy and restructuring projects in both the public and private sectors.
Prior to joining Campbell Tickell, Natalie was a generalist Group Human Resources Manager for a nationwide engineering firm where she was tasked with managing the organisations HR function for over 400 staff.
In the five years leading up to this she undertook a range of interim roles as an Equality and Diversity and HR specialist for public sector clients.
Natalie's experience in Consultancy covers almost 12 years where she was Agency Director for a leading public sector and not-for-profit recruitment consultancy working on interim and permanent projects to Chief Executive and Director level. She has worked on managed recruitment campaigns and advertising projects and developed a career development scheme to assist candidates with their job search in the sector.
Natalie has extensive experience in the following areas:

Natalie joined Campbell Tickell in July 2010 as Senior Consultant. As Head of our HR and Recruitment team, she is continuing our ongoing presence within the housing sector, and developing a service for smaller organisations and charities.
