This is a fantastic opportunity to lead on HR (and Health and Safety) for a successful new Housing Association which owns and manages approximately 6,700 properties in Berkshire following a stock transfer in 2008. Reporting to the Chief Executive, you will play a key role in shaping our business and contributing to our future success.
We are looking for an exceptional candidate who has strong personal drive and emotional intelligence, with a track record at a senior level of delivering successful change management. You will be CIPD qualified and able to demonstrate excellent staff management, communication, influencing and problem solving skills.
