Our vision is to support and promote independent living for people with disabilities
Chief Executive
Salary c. £70k plus attractive package
Wembley Park, London
Our Managing Director is retiring shortly and we are looking for a new dynamic leader to take the organisation forward.
Providing housing and support services for people with disabilities, we are a fast growing organisation. With a strong, experienced and diverse board and staff team, we have 300 homes in seven London local authorities and a development pipeline of around 50 homes per annum. We are keen to grow and provide the best possible services to our residents.
We envisage significant change with the arrival of a new Chief Executive as we deal with private finance, provision of maintenance services and diminishing Supporting People grant.
We need a highly skilled and inspirational leader with proven ability to gain the support of Board and staff to achieve ambitious goals. You will help to develop our growth strategy and deliver first class services to residents. You will have significant senior level experience in housing management and/or care operations.
