Following a restructure of our top team, this new Managing Director role will be critical to delivering our vision and values in our present neighbourhoods and beyond. We seek an entrepreneurial development professional with a track record of developing high quality mixed property portfolios. Your experience may well come from both the not-for-profit and commercial sectors.
The successful candidate will:
- develop and deliver our ambitious business development and growth strategy;
- lead Plus Harvest Developments, our HCA development partnership of 16 housing associations across the North West;
- use their commercial acumen to deliver new models of development, creating and sustaining partnerships to provide a further pipeline of new affordable homes;
- generate income via our subsidiary Three60, which invests in and develops high value residential and commercial property;
- have excellent leadership and strategic management skills to be able to contribute effectively as a member of the Group.
