Aldwyck is a dynamic and influential organisation. Our vision focuses on giving people greater choice over where they live and the services they can access, in attractive and sustainable neighbourhoods.
Operating across the Northern Home Counties and London, we own and manage approaching 10,000 homes, and serve 20,000 customers in a range of tenures.
An investment partner with the Homes & Communities Agency, we are developing new homes and products to meet local community needs. We are proud of our services and are continuing to improve these to achieve the highest standards.
We are now looking to appoint two Executive Directors to join our exciting new management team to build and expand upon our success, deliver integrated and customer focused services and share our strong belief in the values of social housing.
Both posts require a relevant qualification, significant experience at a senior level, excellent leadership and management skills, a track record of business excellence and ability to manage complex budgets combined with a strong customer focus and a commitment to equality and diversity.
With a drive and passion for excellence, you will help deliver strong governance and support our growth and future development.
