Jenny Preece
Jenny is Campbell Tickell's Researcher, providing project support to the team of Senior Consultants. The project work she has undertaken includes sampling techniques for a resident contact day, and a housing jargon dictionary. She is also responsible for keeping up-to-date on developments in the inspection regime for housing associations, ALMOs, and local authorities.
With a background in frontline housing management services, policy writing, surveying, and research, Jenny has a range of skills and experience to manage diverse research projects. She has a strong grounding in primary research, and is skilled at using customer insight to inform service improvement initiatives. In particular, she uses her experience of working in frontline housing services to engage effectively with a range of service-users. Jenny has also run staff training and workshops to make sure that this learning is effectively embedded into organisations.
Jenny has particular experience in the following areas:
- Policy writing;
- Strategy development and writing;
- Resident involvement;
- Consultation with service-users and stakeholders;
- Qualitative research (e.g. focus groups);
- Quantitative research (e.g. surveys);
- Equality Impact Assessments.
