United Residents Housing is a unique arms length management organisation representing four resident managed estates in the London Borough of Lambeth. We are responsible for over 2,500 homes, and we play an integral part in the lives of over 5,000 residents. We are eagerly chasing our 2 stars, but this not our only goal: we are actively seeking to ensure that our residents, and their views, are truly integral to all we do.

We require a Chief Executive with the unique skills to be able to balance a commitment to performance management with a strong influential style. You will be comfortable working with both our Local Authority partner and our residents. Most importantly, you will be a leader with the vision and proven expertise to galvanise the support of stakeholders, residents and staff and ensure a step change in operational performance.

This role represents an unusual opportunity and challenge - it's a tough brief. But you'll have a supportive Board and Chair behind you and room to make amazing things happen.
