Genesis Housing Group Board

£6,500 p.a. (under review)

Genesis Housing Group is committed to making a difference to the people and communities we work with. We tackle challenges head-on to deliver new and better ways of meeting the needs of our customers, who are the central focus of all our work.

We provide homes but also support customers and develop communities to build an attractive future for our customers. With over 1600 staff and an annual turnover of c.£230m, Genesis is one of the largest and most diverse housing groups in the UK.

We have achieved considerable success, as confirmed by independent external inspections of our services, and now manage over 38,000 homes across London and the south east. We're not stopping there. We are committed to continually improving performance and building closer bonds with our customers and stakeholders.

A vacancy has now arisen for a new non-executive member on our Group Board, and we are seeking to compliment the skills and experience of our existing high calibre Board.

Passionate in your commitment to meeting customer needs, you will bring significant board-level experience, a strong customer focus and strategic vision backed by the strong intellect, commercial and political astuteness and a willingness to challenge. You will have an interest in neighbourhood regeneration and support the Group's commitment to providing first-class, customer-centred services.

Genesis is committed to having a diverse Board, and women and people from BME backgrounds, where we have under-representation, are especially encouraged to apply.
