Mary Carroll

Mary is Campbell Tickell's Practice Manager. With 15 years' experience in an operational management in broadcasting, working within project driven and technical environments, she has a strong background in people management and leading teams.

She has an excellent understanding of business planning, financial management, and investment appraisal. Throughout her time in broadcasting, Mary has undertaken a variety of roles and responsibilities including:

• All aspects of people management for 55 operational engineers;
• Programme Manager for the delivery of a new IT business system;
• Responsible for a large technical stores and supply operation with a cost base over £6m.;
• Delivery of a variety of investment projects, such as new property developments and technical acquisitions;
• Working with specialists on new technical developments and operational practices in order to develop proposals for new investments, process changes, and health and safety procedures;
• Business continuity and contingency planning;
• Change management and business process reviews.
