Equal opportunities and diversity
Our policy
Campbell Tickell is a consultancy business. We offer advice and support principally to organisations providing housing and related services. We are an ethical business, and like our clients, we have clear values to inform our work. This sets out our policies on equal opportunities and diversity, which are central to how we operate.
Our policy is based on the recognition that certain groups and individuals in society experience disadvantage and discrimination. These may be based on, for example, race, colour, ethnic or national origin, gender, marital status, disability, health status, sexuality, age, economic status, political or religious belief. Discrimination can be both direct and indirect. It can take place at both a personal and institutional level. We are committed to combating all direct and indirect discrimination.
Implementation of the policy is the personal responsibility of the Directors. But we expect our employees, associates and suppliers to give us their full support in this, and will take all reasonable steps to ensure that they do so.
Our commitments
We undertake to our clients, partners and others that we will:

- Treat our clients, partners and other contacts - including residents and service users with the same respect.
- Challenge discriminatory practice, language or harassment wherever we may encounter it.
