Mike Best	Land and Property Adviser, Project Co-ordinator. 30 years senior housing association and private sector experience. Expertise includes regeneration, development appraisals and negotiations, private leasing, special needs, S106 agreements.
Paul Bragman	Extensive experience of community regeneration in UK and developing countries. Has managed participatory evaluations, and established numerous successful community development projects. Former Community Development Manager, Genesis Housing Group.
Richard Broomfield	Experienced property development professional with over 20 years housing association development and senior management experience. Specialises in policy development, planning negotiations and advocacy and project management.
Sarah Brown	Specialisms include organisational development, corporate and operational planning, performance management, process improvement, efficiency review, project management and communications. Public and private sector background including 15 years with the Housing Corporation.
Jonathan Card	Extensive housing experience through a variety of operational and strategic roles. Specialisms include service review, benchmarking, process improvement, performance management, strategy and policy development, and project management.
Kathy Carter	Human Resources consultant with 20 years' experience in voluntary and commercial sectors. Former HR Director of a large housing and care association. Specialist in all personnel functions.
Keith Carter	Specialises in asset management, development and procurement. Formerly property director for East Thames Group and Notting Hill Housing Trust, and Chief Surveyor for City of Westminster Housing Department. Currently advisory board member for Procurement for Housing.
Lesley Carter	Former chief officer with wide background of local authority services, and considerable experience of consultancy in both public and private sectors, alongside coaching and training expertise.
John Clark	Extensive housing association and local authority experience as senior manager, consultant, and Board member. Expertise in housing management, development, finance, equalities and diversity, and tenant involvement.
Peter Cleland	Former Group Finance and Resources Director at Notting Hill Housing Group. Specialises in interim Director of Finance roles in housing and not for profit sectors, board member training on finance and risk management, and financial consultancy in UK and overseas.
Ita Cooke	Former senior manager with the Housing Corporation. Specialises in corporate governance, regulation and performance management. Experienced in board member appraisal, training, support and development. More than 20 years' housing and voluntary sector experience.
Karen Downing	Specialist Health and Safety trainer and consultant with expertise in such areas as personal safety, stress awareness, policy reviews and workplace risk assessments. Also specialises in asbestos management for building owners and managers.
Joanne Drew	Track record of delivery at Director level in corporate services, customer services and operations. Has worked for ODPM, HAs and Councils. Strong understanding of housing policy. Professional expertise in HR, organisational development, coaching and mentoring.
Jamie Elliott	An experienced journalist with over 10 years' experience in public relations, marketing and campaigning across private, voluntary and public sectors. Now specialises in social housing.
Bill Gill	Internal auditor with 15 years' experience in the not for profit sectors. Extensive experience of risk management, governance, control reviews, supporting people, mergers, general consultancy and training. ALMO Board Member.
Elaine Green	Extensive human resources experience across public/not for profit sector, including higher education, councils, not-for-profit enterprises, housing associations. Expertise includes: TUPE; pay; employee relations; organisational development; equalities; performance management.
Helen Gregory	Over 20 years' management experience in social housing and commercial property. Specialist areas include tenancy sustainability, lettings, resident empowerment, supported housing, homelessness prevention, income management, policy development and implementation.
Michael Guest	Consultant, trainer and project manager with extensive housing sector experience. Specialisms include board development & corporate governance, organisational change management and capacity building.
Alan Harris	Former Main Board Director with 30 years' senior operations management experience in public and private sectors. A professional people manager who brings a ‘hands on' approach to problem situations. Specialist in turning around failing Direct Labour Organisations.
Daniel Higgins	Chartered professional in several construction fields. 25 years' social housing experience with local authorities and housing associations shaping policy and strategic asset management. Considerable procurement and partnering expertise.
Rachel Khan	Strong background in systems and policy development in housing associations and local authorities. Areas of expertise include tenancy management, customer services, lettings, temporary accommodation; quality assurance programmes; IT project management and systems development; service and performance review.
Annie Lathaen	Management and training consultant, and senior interim manager. Former Housing Services Director. Specialises in project management, inspection, performance management and review, management of change, coaching, training, tenant involvement. Audit Commission Affiliate Inspector.
Nicola Marks	Over 20 years senior housing management experience within local government and housing associations. Diversified understanding of housing with particular knowledge of keyworker housing and staff development.
Pat Masters	Former local authority Chief Officer responsible for management and trading accounts of front line services. Extensive experience in procurement, including repairs and maintenance and housing services.
Niku Mawby	Over 25 years' experience in housing management, development and governance. Audit Commission Affiliate Inspector, and has helped many RSLs prepare for inspection. Extensive Equality and Diversity experience ranging from audits to training. Board member of two housing groups.
David Mynors	Former IT Director with considerable public and private sector experience. Expertise in performance management, contact/customer service centres, procurement, ICT strategy and contingency planning. Has managed Audit Commission inspection preparations, service improvement planning and value for money programmes.
Mary Nankivell	A qualified accountant with over 20 years' experience as consultant and RSL Board member. Specialises in strategic options for RSLs and local authorities including community regeneration, mergers and stock transfers, business planning, policy and research.
Wendy Newell	Experienced senior manager and consultant with wide experience across the social housing sector. Has held overall responsibility for all housing operational areas. A particular interest in resident empowerment and governance.
Zaidee O'Dell	Extensive housing experience as consultant and senior manager. Specialises in project management, performance management and review, best value, policy development, mediation. Track record of working with residents groups and as an independent tenant advisor.
Paul O'Doherty	Experienced senior public housing sector professional and project manager. Specialises in designing and tendering housing management and related services. Particular knowledge of repairs and maintenance services.
Gera Patel	Over 15 years experience in social housing and a former Executive Director at a large housing association, with responsibility for quality, human resources, change management and communication. Highly versatile and an experienced project manager.
Rosemary Perrett	Highly versatile housing professional able to provide a range of solutions to housing management and housing related problems, including information and business intelligence, interim and change management across a wide variety of functions.
Nigel Phethean	Formerly Housing Corporation Director of Corporate Affairs & Communication. Specialises in regulation and governance. Author of National Housing Federation guide to regulation, Mapping the Maze. Co-author (with James Tickell) of the Corporation's Learning from problem cases Volume 3.
Sue Piper	A long-established consultant, having also had hands-on experience of working within the housing association movement. Specialises in housing management, organisational review, strategy, research, surveys, and central support services.
Nick Reed	Extensive and diverse senior management experience covering housing and planning, academic, public and commercial sectors, and 5 years international consultancy. 10 years investment and regulation involvement as Director with the Housing Corporation. Specialises in strategy and policy.
Jane Smith	Extensive housing experience gained from housing associations; local authorities; national and regional organisations, e.g. National Housing Federation and Countryside Agency. Specialises in housing policy, research and strategy. Also an experienced facilitator and trainer.
Jon Watson	Over 20 years' experience at director level in a large, national RSL. Skills include RSL management and governance; strategy and business planning; development, regeneration and asset management; procurement; project management of major projects, new initiatives and organisational change.
Ben Wilson	Qualified housing professional with 30 years' experience in social housing, including over 20 years at senior Director or Chief Executive level. Considerable experience in developing effective corporate and governance structures and in consumer and community involvement.
Jill Woolf	20 years experience of PR and marketing in corporate and housing association sector. Most recently Head of Public Affairs at Downland Housing Group.
