Both Greg and James have a reputation for confidentiality and impartiality. Working with legal advisors as necessary we are well placed to handle and help resolve those complex disputes and complaints that can devour so much of your time and capacity.
Greg has many years' experience of complaints investigation and resolution, and has previously established a mediation service. James was responsible for setting up of the original housing associations Ombudsman's procedures and policies. At the Federation he was also responsible for dealing with disputes and arbitrations arising under the model rules of associations.
