An increasingly important area for the sector, as the environment becomes more challenging. James has been involved in a great number of merger discussions over the years, some successful, others not. He was responsible for commissioning and editing three acclaimed Federation publications on merger issues. Greg has worked on a number of projects focusing on the inter-relationships between groups and their subsidiaries, including joint purchasing and other initiatives to maximise economies of scale.
