Governance
This is another core area for both James and Greg, and strongly related to the strategy work. At the Federation, James led on governance work for over a decade, and became an accepted authority and expert on governance and related legal issues. He was in frequent demand as a speaker for board conferences and away days on governance issues. As a consultant Greg has focused on this area, working with associates.
